Victoria. Crown. 1847

Victoria (1837-1901), 'Young Head' Crown, 1847 XI, cinquefoil stops, young head left, rev. crowned shield within wreath, downwards lettered edge, 6h, 28.21g (ESC 286; Bull 2567; S.3882),

With an original pale grey tone with lavender hints and signs of mint lustre in the legends. A little edge bruising but nonetheless good very fine for strike.
