This coin was purchased at auction in November 24. It was one of 8 Tudor coins, all very high grade, that had been tooled in the fields to 'Improve them' and all had been lightly polished to a bright finish, and what you see here is the result. The group of 8 were sealed in an antique screw top cylindrical container which which accounts for why they haven't toned over time.
I would describe the coin as good very fine for strike, and adjusted exactly as you can see. There are no other signs of impairment, such as mount marks.
