William Charles Osborn(e) was born in Islington in 1875 and enlisted with The Rifle Brigade in 1893, aged 18. He is noted as being on the reserve list in October 1902. His medal entitlement to the Sudan pair is confirmed on the medal rolls.
The medals are extremely fine and mounted in an early glazed frame. The ribbons are original and they are a little faded
