A pair of Sterling silver shooting awards for WVR. (Volunteer rifles?) hallmarked for Birmingham 1889. The circular badge inscribed WVR shooting 92 to a gilt front centre, and 2nd Prize, Pte G MALAN to rear. (pin missing) The cross shaped badge is engraved WVR to front and 1894 Band Sergt G MALAN. Score 139.
The total weight of both items is 30.1g, and I have been unable to positively identify the WVR.
